Jer. 30:19 And out of them shall proceed thanksgiving and the voice of them that make merry: and I will multiply them, and they shall not be few; I will also glorify them, and they shall not be small.
Thanksgiving is the only thing God cannot give Himself.
It is an act of appreciation and gratitude to God for all the things He has done, and yet to do.
It is an act of committing God to do something, or commit God to His promises.
It is an avenue that invite God into your life and matter without stress.
Thanksgiving is Gods habitation, if you live a life of thanksgiving, then, you’re God’s abode.
From our text: “Out of” means is coming from someone and not God Himself, “and I will” is God’s commitment to His word.
Thanksgiving as we all know it is an application for more.
God formed me and you to show forth His praise in the land of the living, it is not because of what I want from Him, but because it is my responsibility.
God is seeking for a praiser, a worshipper and a thanks giver like David, no matter what, in the midst of every situation, He deserves it from you.
It is the best form of prayers to be offered up to God, one can pray amiss, but can’t praise, worship or thank God amiss.
Phil. 4:6 Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.
Do you have any reason to thank God?
Then join me now, as we thank and glorify God.
